Skins UK Series 6 to Feature New Characters

Skins US fans who follow the Brit version of the show might be interested to hear that the 3rd generation of the UK series will be getting new character in Series 6. Skins star Dakota Blue Richards and Skins writer Jess Brittain were on hand at the Kapow convention in London and confirmed as much. Said Richards, series 6 will be “bigger” and “bolder.”

The addition of new characters in every Skins generation’s second half is the norm, but the fact that the trend has continued could possibly mean that we’ll see new characters in the US version. That is, if it gets picked up for that second season we’ve yet to hear about. Oh yeah, and MTV? Just in case we haven’t made ourselves crystal clear: Give us Skins US Season 2!
